Applications can be accessed through the website or be picked up at the agency. We have them on the front porch as well at the handicapped entrance in the back of the building.

What to Expect Once You’ve Applied?

Applicants will receive a letter in the mail once they’ve been selected from the waitlist. That letter will include instructions to confirm the selection, appointment times, and documents required to be brought to the appointment.

Our Current Waiting List

Morris House – currently estimated 2 year wait.

Family units (Washington Commons and Floral View):

1 bedroom waiting list is currently closed.

2 bedroom waiting list is currently estimated 18 months.

3-4 bedroom waiting list is currently estimated 3 years+.

As vacancies become available, the waitlist average may change.

Changes you must report

Address changes must be current and in writing. Household composition changes should be reported in writing–social security cards for any additional family members must be included to add them to the application.
