Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority is making a notice to the public that there is a draft of the 2027 Annual PHA Plan that can be reviewed as well as changes to its 5 Year Activity Plan (Capital Funding for Public Housing).

With the rising temperatures this week, it's important to stay as safe and healthy as you can!

We're sharing some tips to help you beat the heat.

Our offices will be closing at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 2 and will remain closed through Friday July 3 in observance of July Fourth.

We will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, July 6.

Our offices will be closed Friday June 19 for Juneteenth.

We will reopen on Monday June 22.

There will be a hybrid meeting of the MMHA Board on Monday, June 15 at 12pm.

Our offices will be closed on Thursday, May 28 for our annual staff retreat.

We will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, May 29.

Our offices will be closed Monday May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will return to regular business hours on Tuesday May 26.

MMHA*MCCAC staff will be working remotely on Friday, May 22 while maintenance repairs are done on our building.

Our office is currently not open to the public.

Due to lead dust found in the building that can be harmful to children under 6, we have closed our office to the public; however, we remain fully committed to serving our community with the same level of care and services. We are actively working on a plan to welcome clients back in person as soon as possible.
