Miami MHA*CAC offices will be closed for President's Day.
Our offices will be closed on Monday February 16, 2026 for President's Day. We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday February 17th.
Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority Public Hearing Notice and Timeline
Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority is making a notice to the public that it is modifying its Administrative Plan (governs the Housing Choice Voucher Program), its Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (governs Public Housing), as well as changes to its 5 Year Activity Plan (Capital Funding for Public Housing).
Notice of New Meeting Dates.
The Board of Commissioners of Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority have voted to move their monthly meetings to the third Monday at noon starting in February of 2026.
Our offices will be closed on Monday January 26 due to inclement weather.
We plan to reopen on Tuesday, weather permitting. All appointments for Monday will be rescheduled when the office reopens.
Our offices will be closed Monday January 19, 2026 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, January 20.
2026/2027 CSBG Emergency Assistance is available!
We are thrilled to announce the opening of the 2026/2027 CSBG Emergency Grant Program. This initiative represents an important step in our ongoing commitment to support individuals and families facing unexpected hardships.
Our offices will be closed for New Year's Day.
Our offices will be closing early at 3pm on Wednesday December 31st, and will be closed all day on Thursday January 1st. We will reopen for normal business hours on Friday January 2nd. Happy New Year!
Scholarship Opportunity!
Since 1985, PHADA has recognized and rewarded academic excellence in public and assisted housing youth through its scholarship program. In 2026, PHADA will proudly award three scholarships to deserving high school seniors residing in public and assisted housing (residents must live in PHADA-member agencies).
MMHA*MCCAC will be closed December 24, 25, and 26.
