NEW OCC resources to better understand electric bills

With rising cost of energy many consumers are trying to better understand their electric bills, including how they are structured so they can make informed choices and avoid unnecessary costs. The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) has a new fact sheet and web tool to help.
