Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority Public Hearing Notice and Timeline

Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority is making a notice to the public that there is a draft of the 2027 Annual PHA Plan that can be reviewed as well as changes to its 5 Year Activity Plan (Capital Funding for Public Housing).

Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority is making a notice to the public that there is a draft of the 2027 Annual PHA Plan that can be reviewed as well as changes to its 5 Year Activity Plan (Capital Funding for Public Housing). The proposed changes that will be reviewed have been posted online at www.miamimhacac.org and a copy will be made available at the Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority Offices during business hours at 1695 Troy Sidney Rd. Troy, OH 45373. Tenants can find a copy of the proposed changes at each housing site.

The changes are initially being posted on July 26, 2025. The public will have 45 days to review and comment through September 9th at 4:30 pm to mmha@miamicac.org.  The Public Hearing will be held September 10th, 2026 at 10 am at Morris House at 1 West Franklin St. Troy, OH 45373 in the dining room. Following that, the Resident Advisory Council for Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority will review and comment, prior to being submitted to the Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for approval in September 2026.
