Since 1985, PHADA has recognized and rewarded academic excellence in public and assisted housing youth through its scholarship program. In 2026, PHADA will proudly award three scholarships to deserving high school seniors residing in public and assisted housing (residents must live in PHADA-member agencies).

Due to lead dust found in the building that can be harmful to children under 6, we have closed our office to the public; however, we remain fully committed to serving our community with the same level of care and services. We are actively working on a plan to welcome clients back in person as soon as possible.
