As of August 6, 2025, Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority(MMHA) will re-open our Housing Choice Voucher waiting list and accept housing applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
As of August 6, 2025, Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority(MMHA) will re-open our Housing Choice Voucher waiting list and accept housing applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. If you are currently on the waiting list, you will retain your current position for the selection process. Please feel free to download an application from our website at miamimhacac.org and email to miamimha@miamicac.org. You can also drop by to pick up an application at any time as they are located on our front porch and in the rear of the building for handicap access at 1695 Troy-Sidney Rd.; Troy, OH.

Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority is making a notice to the public that it is modifying its Administrative Plan (governs the Housing Choice Voucher Program), its Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (governs Public Housing), as well as changes to its 5 Year Activity Plan (Capital Funding for Public Housing).
