Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority is making a notice tothe public that it is modifying its Administrative Plan (governs the HousingChoice Voucher Program), its Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (governsPublic Housing), as well as changes to its 5 Year Activity Plan (CapitalFunding for Public Housing). The proposed changes that will be reviewed havebeen posted online at www.miamimhacac.organd a copy will be made available at the Miami Metropolitan Housing AuthorityOffices during business hours at 1695 Troy Sidney Rd. The changes are initially being posted February 8, 2026.The public will have 45 days to review and comment through March 25, 2026 at4:30 pm to mmha@miamicac.org. ThePublic Hearing will be held March 26th at 10 am at 1695 Troy SidneyRd in Troy OH. Following that, the Resident Advisory Council for MiamiMetropolitan Housing Authority will review and comment, prior to beingsubmitted to the Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority Board of Commissioners forapproval in April 2026.
