As of January 10, 2025, Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) will no longer accept applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, meaning we have enough applicants to meet our current housing needs and are not accepting new ones at this time.
If you are currently on the waiting list, you will retain your current position for the selection process.**
MMHA will make a public announcement when reopening the waiting list.
Additionally, there will be a Public Hearing regarding Admin Plan changes on December 20th, 2024 at 10:00am at Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority. The meeting will be held at 1695 Troy-Sidney Road, Troy, Ohio 45373. Please enter the building at the rear of the building. If you would like to see a draft of the proposed changes to the Admin Plan, you may request one at the office or review at www.miamimha.org.
